Raed's Success Story: The Heart of Hope and the Will to Recover

Raed Qaddan, a 45-year-old man from the Talbiyeh/Zizia camp, faced major health challenges. He lived with his family of seven in a rented house, relying on a modest social aid salary as their only income. His unstable angina symptoms made it difficult for him to work and complicated his daily life.

On April 30, 2024, Raed underwent an interventional procedure at the Consultative Hospital, where three stents were placed in his heart arteries. Despite the initial success of the procedure, he continued to experience chest pain with any exertion.

After further evaluation, doctors decided to perform a second angioplasty to examine the right coronary artery. On July 8, 2024, the second procedure was done at Abdulhadi Hospital, where a 60% blockage in the right artery was found and an additional stent was placed.

Thanks to excellent medical care and advanced treatment, Raed’s condition improved significantly. Today, he lives a more comfortable life with better health, thanks to the ongoing efforts and professionalism of his doctors.

Raed Qaddan’s story inspires us with his determination and optimism in overcoming difficulties and underscores the importance of comprehensive medical care in achieving recovery and good health.
