Map Jordan Opens Mobile Clinic in Zarqa for Healthcare Services

Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Firas Abu Qaoud, Governor of Zarqa, and in the presence of Mr. Michael Al-Sayegh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Map Jordan, representatives from the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, the Department of Palestinian Affairs, the Health Directorate of Zarqa, UNRWA, the Camp Services Improvement Committee, and several local organizations, Map Jordan officially launched the Mobile Clinic on Monday, November 25, 2024, at Al-Sokhna Camp, with a generous donation from the National Board of Zakat of the Republic of Indonesia (BAZNAS).

The Mobile Clinic is considered a significant addition to the healthcare services provided by Map Jordan. It aims to provide primary healthcare to refugees and all those in need while traveling through various areas of Zarqa Governorate.

The Jordan Medical Aid for Palestinians (Map Jordan) is a local, non-governmental, non-profit charity registered with the Ministry of Social Development since 1990. It aims to provide health services to meet the needs of refugees in Palestinian refugee camps in Jordan. Map Jordan operates through its health centers in Hittin, Jerash, Talbiyeh, and Al-Sokhna camps, offering integrated healthcare services.

Map Jordan has provided its services to more than 2,000,000 patients since its establishment, providing high-quality for nominal and free medical services to preserve the health and dignity of patients.
