MAP Jordan implements the program “Days for Girls International” (DfG) to help girls and women living in refugee camps in Jordan face their challenges with dignity.

Many girls cannot afford menstrual products because of poverty and as a result, cannot attend school. Thus, this becomes one of the major causes of the disempowerment of girls and women in poverty. The shame and indignity of not having what they need lead to isolation and a decrease in their educational opportunities.

The DfG program helps girls and women access sustainable menstrual products and vital health education.
