A Grant by the Embassy of Japan
The Japanese government has offered a grant amounting to Seventy-Two Thousand & Nine Hundred Thirty-Three US Dollars (72,933 USD) to Jordan Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP JORDAN) in order to improve the medical services and equipment at the Gaza Camp in Jerash Governorate.
The grant's agreement was signed by the Japanese Ambassador to Jordan, HIDENAO YANAGI, and the President of the Board of Trustees of Jordan Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP JORDAN), Eng. MUNIB RASHID AL-MASRI, on Wednesday in MAP's headquarters in Amman.
HIDENAO YANAGI stressed that Japan, as a friend of Jordan, will continue to provide its support to the projects that carry direct benefit to the people with the greatest need at the popular level in cooperation with non-governmental entities, while praising the great efforts made by Jordan Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP JORDAN) in providing the support to people in need, especially those in Palestinians refugees camps.
