MAP Jordan's call center receives and responds to donor inquiries every day from 9:00 - 3:00 pm except Friday and satuarday at 0791616116. The call center arranges to receive donations.
MAP Jordan has permanent locations at main commercial centers. The booths aim to serve donors and receive direct donations from the public. The organization also provides temporary locations depending on the campaign

MAP uses various tools to receive donations, including donation boxes. Small and large donation boxes are located across the Kingdom in malls, mini and supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and hospitals, in addition to other locations. The donation boxes enables MAP to reach out to a larger number of donors who contribute with small amounts of money that collectively makes a big impact that goes toward giving the refugee medical care. Donation boxes are collected by a specialized company and are handed over to an endorsed bank to be sorted under high professional standards and strict supervision.
