Jihad & Joury

Jihad is a one-year-old boy, and Joury a 6 months old baby girl both suffer from neonatal hip dislocation. their condition was discovered by their parents after 6 months of birth. and were unable to secure the cost of their treatment, until JMAP  took care of them and they were enlisted for a surgical intervention to correct congenital hip dislocation.

The orthopedic doctor at JMAP explained to the parents that it is late for Jihad and Joury to benefit from a  cast or a pelvic device to correct the scoliosis of the pelvic bone. In their case, surgical intervention is the best option. Donations were secured by JMAP to cover the cost of the two surgeries. This intervention changed Jihad’s and Joury’s life and protected them from permanent lameness that could have negatively affected their mental health and future success.
