Treating 60 patients in the Dental Clinic in Talbieh camp center

MAP Jordan hosted a delegation from the Dental Aid Network - Dental Charity UK in coordination with PCRF (Palestine Children Relief Fund) in Talbieh camp to carry out a dental campaign for the residents of the camp and its neighboring villages, as the goal of this campaign requires the treatment of 60 people who have dental problems.

Treatments included pulling out a damaged nerve, filling a molar, extracting a tooth, and opening the abscess, carried out by two doctors from the Dental Aid Network - Dental Charity UK. A set of toys and toothbrushes were distributed to children, and patients were given painkillers and medicines according to their needs.

It is worth noting that Dental Aid Network - Dental Charity UK is a registered charity founded in 2014 by a group of concerned dentists and based in Glasgow, Scotland. There are many humanitarian organizations that provide medical assistance globally, but there are very few that provide dental aid.

PCRF (Palestine Children's Relief Fund) was established in 1992 by concerned humanitarian workers in the United States to bring injured and sick children to receive free medical care that they could not obtain locally.
