JMAP implemented a project focusing on combating vitamin D deficiency among women in the Hitteen and Talbieh camps in cooperation with the United Palestinian Appeal Foundation (UPA) over a period of 12 months. 760  women  received lab tests, and treatment and were monitored  for a whole year to ensure their recovery. Also, education and awareness sessions were conducted for all 760 women. Improving the health of mothers and women in the camps will ensure a healthy community at large.
